Energy Depot for Business is a set of interactive marketing and customer service applications designed to be integrated, or linked, with your company's Internet site. It is your commercial customers' online gateway to a wealth of business information and resources. Energy Depot can be customized to incorporate all, or just of few, of Enercom's Internet applications. An on-line, do-it-yourself, business energy audit that addresses the full range of energy systems found in most small and medium commercial facilities. Once customers are authenticated, their billing data is securely imported and presented for their review. This data is also used in the energy analysis. The business questionnaire allows customers to complete their audit in about 15 - 20 minutes. It incorporates drop down menus, default settings and help screens. The questionnaire can also be printed out and completed off-line. Once the questionnaire is answered, customers receive a highly graphic Business Energy Profile report that includes a cover letter, energy usage and cost graph, annual energy cost by energy system/appliance and specific recommendations with cost savings estimates. Recommendations are hyperlinked to relevant products in the Energy Mall and articles in the Energy Library (see below). All customer data is retained and available for marketing purposes.

The Energy Library offers your business customers a wide selection of fact sheets that address commercial building energy systems, equipment and products. Many tie to specific recommendations from the Business Energy Profile report and are hyperlinked to the recommendation text. Fact sheets are arranged by topic for ease of location and can be searched automatically by key word.

The Energy Advisor is an email-based inquiry tool that offers your business customers a special means to obtain answers to their individual energy questions. The Advisor system directs questions to the energy expert of your choice. This can be a person within your company, or one at Enercom.
