Enercom Releases New Version of Industry-Leading Software

Energy Depot^® for Homes Helps Energy Companies Educate, Market and Serve Residential Customers

Atlanta, Georgia - Long recognized as the leading provider of Internet applications for the customers of energy companies, Enercom continues its legacy of software excellence with the release of Energy Depot for Homes – Version 4.0.

Energy Depot for Homes is an Internet-based suite of software applications especially developed to meet the needs of residential customers. Energy companies can customize the application by selecting from up to six unique modules within the Energy Depot suite. Customers simply go to their energy provider’s Website to access the application, which is customized with their provider’s name, logo and graphic design. From there they can conduct a Personal Energy Profile (energy audit), ask the Energy Advisor energy- or utility-related questions, research areas of interest in the Energy Library, use the Energy Calculator to quickly calculate the energy used by any number of appliances and systems, compare their home’s energy costs to similar homes in their neighborhood via the Energy Benchmark and purchase home energy products through the Energy Store.

• Optional Shorter Question Set – Energy providers and/or their customers have the option of using an abbreviated question set when conducting their home energy audits. A shorter questions set can provide quick assistance to customers with high-bill inquires.
• Home Office Module – This section of the question set features energy-use questions on a variety of home office electronics including computers, printers, scanners, etc.
• Enhanced Graphics
• Updated Energy Library and Appliance Calculator
• Easier Integration with Retail Products and Services
